This is an exciting opportunity to join our award-winning Commercial Property team. You'll be involved in interesting and complex work for a broad range of clients, giving you the opportunity to further develop your technical skills, grow your network and make a meaningful contribution to the team's continued success.
What you’ll do
- Advise clients on a broad range of commercial property matters and support the delivery of high-quality legal services across a varied portfolio of work.
- Advise on a wide range of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, telecoms and asset management work.
- Act for a diverse client base including investors, lenders, landlords and tenants.
- Lead transactions from inception through to completion, providing pragmatic, commercially focused advice throughout.
- Support clients involved in strategic development including negotiating and drafting a range of property agreements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, becoming a trusted adviser and identifying opportunities to further support clients' needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the wider Transactional Property Group and wider firm to deliver seamless, high-quality client service.
- Play an active role in business development, networking and profile-raising activities to support the continued growth of the practice.
- Share knowledge and support the development of junior lawyers and trainees, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
