The role in 60 seconds:

• Role: Associate or Senior Associate (ideally between two and six years PQE)
• Team: Corporate – Foot Anstey McKees
• Location: Belfast
• Working Pattern: Full-time/Part-time/Flexible

What you’ll do:

• Play an active role, focused on local work across Northern Ireland, with the opportunity to be part of the wider group with national/international reach.
• Work across a broad spectrum of complex corporate work and transactions, including private equity, owner managed businesses, M&A and board advisory.
• Take a solution led approach, listening to clients’ challenges and understanding their businesses in order to provide tailored advice and bespoke, premium solutions.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience as a high performing Corporate Lawyer.
• Commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience in every interaction, and take pride in understanding your client’s needs, challenges and expectations.
• Motivation to understand the bigger picture for our clients, and keen to play your part in realising their longer-term business ambitions.
