This role focuses on providing expert legal guidance to leading UK charities and not-for-profit organizations, specifically regarding complex property disputes and asset protection.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Proven experience in handling a broad range of property litigation matters.
- Advantageous: Prior experience with charities, not-for-profits, contentious probate, or trust disputes.
- Strong technical, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Manage property litigation matters including landlord/tenant disputes, lease renewals, rent reviews, and boundary/trespass issues.
- Provide commercially focused advice to safeguard charity property assets.
- Collaborate with the firm's wider Charities, private client, and legacy teams.
- Engage in business development to strengthen the firm's standing in the charity sector.
Stipend, Compensation & Mode
