What you’ll do
We’re on an exciting journey to evolve how legal services are delivered. Our Legal Operations team sits at the heart of this transformation - driving efficiency, supporting innovation, and helping our lawyers deliver outstanding service to clients. You’ll work closely with colleagues across Legal Operations and the wider firm, gaining exposure to legal technology, data, and continuous improvement initiatives, all while learning new skills and contributing to meaningful projects. This role offers a great blend of hands-on admin duties and opportunities to get involved in operational improvements as your confidence grows.
- Operational & Administrative Support
- Manage day-to-day admin tasks to support the smooth running of legal operations.
- Build strong working relationships with colleagues and external suppliers.
- Monitor shared inboxes, handling routine requests and escalating complex queries.
- Support diary management, organise meetings, prepare materials, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, event bookings, and process expense claims promptly.
- Support the use of legal technology platforms such as HighQ (full training provided).
- Help gather data or update dashboards to track simple KPIs and operational metrics.
- Assist with maintaining documentation and ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
- Contribute to small improvements in how we work, such as streamlining admin processes or helping update templates.
- Assist the team in tracking progress on tasks or smaller project activities.
- Support with supplier admin and helping monitor key actions.
- Provide general administrative support to fee earners and colleagues as needed.
