Full-time role within the Business Change team.
This is a pivotal leadership opportunity to shape and deliver Foot Anstey's transformation strategy, leading governance, prioritisation and delivery oversight of strategic change initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Translate business strategy into a clear and prioritised transformation portfolio.
- Develop and maintain transformation roadmaps, balancing short and long-term priorities.
- Oversee investment planning, resource allocation and capacity management.
- Establish governance forums, reporting frameworks and decision-making processes.
- Monitor benefits, risks, dependencies and portfolio performance.
- Build trusted relationships with Partners, senior leaders and delivery teams.
- Drive continuous improvement across portfolio management and delivery practices.
- Support the successful integration of change across the business.
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of project and delivery professionals.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Significant experience leading complex transformation portfolios.
- Strong portfolio governance, prioritisation and investment planning expertise.
