What you’ll do
This role offers an opportunity to begin a career as an Executive Assistant (EA) within a small, collaborative team. As an Executive Team Assistant you will learn and develop core business administration and executive support skills while assisting in delivering high-quality support to the Senior Management Team (SMT).
Working under the guidance of the (Lead) Executive Assistant, you will support the coordination of day-to-day administrative and logistical activities, helping to ensure that senior leaders are well‑organised, prepared, and able to operate effectively.
In this role, you’ll learn about and support with a variety of interesting tasks, such as:
- Executive Support (Developmental and support focused)
- Assist the (Lead) Executive Assistant in providing administrative support to the SMT.
- Support with diary management activities, including scheduling meetings and coordinating availability.
- Help prepare basic documentation, meeting packs, and presentations.
- Learn how to prioritise and manage requests under guidance.
- Coordination & Logistics
- Assist with arranging meetings, including booking rooms, setting up equipment, and organising refreshments/lunches.
- Support travel bookings (e.g. transport, accommodation, itineraries).
- Help ensure meeting logistics run smoothly and on time.
- Maintain organised records, documents, and shared files.
- Stakeholder Support
- Support with managing requests and queries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Learn how to communicate professionally on behalf of the team.
- Build relationships across functions through regular interaction.
- Escalate queries or issues appropriately to the (Lead) EA.
- Information Management
- Assist with gathering and organising information from different teams (e.g. the coordination of Practice Group plans and updates).
- Support the clear and timely sharing of information where required.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all communications and documents.
- Handle confidential or sensitive information responsibly under guidance.
- Team Contribution
- Work closely within a small EA team environment, supporting colleagues as needed.
- Take a proactive approach to managing personal learning and development.
- Seek feedback and apply learning to improve performance.
- Contribute to maintaining efficient and organised ways of working.

- Good organisational skills and willingness to learn how to manage multiple tasks.
