What you’ll do: You’ll become a key part of our specialist clinical negligence team, taking on meaningful work that directly impacts clients’ lives. You’ll manage your own cases with the support of experienced colleagues, guide clients through complex and often emotional situations, and use your expertise to help secure answers, accountability and the outcomes they deserve.

In this role you’ll:

  • Manage your own caseload of clinical negligence matters with support from a highly experienced team.
  • Handle a broad mix of cases involving misdiagnosis, delayed treatment, surgical errors, birth and maternity injuries and more.
  • Guide clients through complex and emotional situations, providing clear legal advice with genuine empathy.
  • Work closely with medical experts and colleagues to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture where learning, client care and quality work are truly valued.

  • NQ-3 years PQE or equivalent experience
  • Strong analytical and drafting skills with the ability to manage evidence-heavy, detail-driven claims.
