What you’ll do
In this role, you’ll:
- Play an important part in growing and developing the Property Litigation team over time
- Lead on matters directly whilst supervising junior members, being positive and proactive in sharing work across the region in collaboration with the wider team
- Be involved in all aspects of property litigation, working with private clients as well as corporate clients and retailers, landowner developers, and property developers and investors
- Develop strong and lasting professional relationships with our clients
What we’re looking for
We’re seeking someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment, and:
- Specialist expertise across a range of contentious property matters, with experience in disputes concerning development land (including telecoms) and property contracts as well as landlord and tenant matters such as dilapidations, break notices, forfeiture and breach of lease covenants
- Seeking a positive and proactive environment where you can realise your own entrepreneurial potential by building new client relationships whilst nurturing existing ones
- Personally motivated to continue developing your skills with clients, seeking to understand the wider context of their business interests
