As an Associate in one of the UK's leading personal injury and medical negligence firms, you'll help clients rebuild their lives and access compensation, rehabilitation and future security after suffering life‑changing injuries.
What you’ll do:
- Handle a varied caseload of claimant personal injury matters including road‑traffic, public liability, product liability and workplace injuries.
- Manage the full litigation process from initial client instructions through to resolution or trial.
- Develop case strategy, assess liability and quantum.
- Provide compassionate and supportive client care, helping clients navigate the legal process with clarity and empathy.
What we’re looking for:
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive, NQ-5 years PQE.
- Experience in Personal Injury litigation (claimant or defendant) and/or including EL/PL, RTA.
- Strong drafting skills and attention to detail for pleadings, witness statements and written submissions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – able to build work in conjunction with clients, experts, barristers and insurers.
- Empathetic, client‑focused mindset, committed to supporting vulnerable clients through emotionally challenging cases.
- High ethical standards and a genuine desire to help people rebuild their lives after injury.
