What you’ll do

In this role, you’ll:

  • Work with a broad range of clients – from developers, and investors to contractors, consultants and funders – helping them to deliver nationally significant and \’first of its kind\’ projects.
  • Guide clients through the use and adaptation of standard form contracts such as JCT, NEC and FIDIC, ensuring they are fit for purpose in complex, high‑profile projects.
  • Support on large‑scale development and infrastructure projects across multiple sectors.
  • Anticipate risks and propose pragmatic, commercial solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Collaborate within the wider EPIC practice group and other teams across the firm in Real Estate, Finance and Corporate to deliver joined‑up advice that adds real value.
  • Be given the support to pursue an interest/niche in one our key sectors like Renewable Energy, Development, Islamic Finance, Retail & Consumer etc.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a collaborative and driven professional who will thrive working within our EPIC practice group and across the firm more broadly, with:

  • At least 3+ years PQE with a solid track record of advising on transactional construction transactions and projects, which may or may not be mixed with contentious experience.
  • Depending on your experience level, you will lead on complex projects and transactions independently.
  • You will be highly motivated and interested in getting involved in a range of work streams.
  • A proven ability to build strong client relationships and expand your network within the industry.
  • A shared passion for innovation, collaboration – achieving great things together.
