What you'll do:
- Undertake a mixture of contentious and non-contentious work with a significant focus on tribunal claims, transactional support, strategic advice and employee relations advice to clients predominantly in the retail & consumer, private equity, developer and energy & infrastructure sectors.
- Lead business development initiatives, strengthening existing relationships by identifying crossâselling opportunities and converting new clients within our target sectors.
- Work crossâgeographically and collaboratively, using commercial insight, sector knowledge and strong communication to deliver great outcomes for clients.

- Experience in employment law gained within a leading commercial law firm.
- A proven track record across general advisory, corporate support and litigation.
- Ability to strengthen our approach to the retail & consumer, developer and energy & infrastructure sectors.
