What you’ll do
In this role, you’ll:
- File management tasks to ensure full compliance with practices including, Lexcel, Code of Conduct, Anti-Money Laundering and Foot Anstey procedures.
- Respond to queries from clients and other stakeholders on behalf of your fee earners, ensuring excellent and clear communication at all times.
- Managing routine client enquiries, to ensure all required information and details are obtained to comply with file opening requirements.
- Ad hoc administration duties for and on behalf of fee earners in the team, including support on matter and financial matter management.
- Diary, travel and meeting management tasks.
