- Deliver high-quality legal secretarial support to fee earners in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
- Manage complex diary schedules and coordinate travel arrangements to ensure fee earners are fully prepared for meetings and commitments.
- Oversee matter setup and ensure compliance with internal risk and regulatory procedures.
- Draft, amend, and maintain precedent letters and house‑style documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communicate professionally with clients and stakeholders on behalf of fee earners, ensuring clarity and consistency.

What we’re looking for:
- A proven track record of providing high‑quality administration/secretarial support within a legal/professional services environment is preferred but not essential.
- Strong Word, Excel, Case Management and PDF doc skills.

- The ability to deal with highly confidential information with tact and sensitivity.
- Superb attention to detail and accuracy (verbal, written, and numerical).
