What you’ll do:
- This is a pivotal leadership role within our IT team, driving initiatives that ensure our people engage with, adopt, and become proficient in the technologies that support their work.
- You will design frameworks, set measurable goals, and champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation – supporting the firm’s ambitions for growth and its plans for AI and emerging technologies.
- Develop and deliver a digital adoption strategy aligned with firm objectives, and champion innovative ways of working.
- Create and maintain a technology skills framework, assessing proficiency and identifying gaps.
- Define KPIs and report on adoption rates, using data to drive actionable insights.
- Design and deliver training programmes in partnership with Talent Development, promoting best practice and engagement.
- Lead a team of three, providing coaching and mentoring to support growth.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Technology, Legal Operations, and Practice Groups to ensure solutions meet user needs.
- Drive innovation and AI adoption, identifying opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and accessibility of legal knowledge.
