What you’ll do
You'll play a key role in advising clients on a broad range of complex and high-value real estate matters, while helping to strengthen client relationships and support the development of the team. You'll:
- Advise on a wide range of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, development projects and asset management work.
- Act for a diverse client base, including developers, investors, lenders, landlords, tenants and public sector organisations.
- Lead transactions from inception through to completion, providing pragmatic, commercially focused advice throughout.
- Support clients involved in strategic development, energy and infrastructure projects, including negotiating and drafting a range of property agreements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, becoming a trusted adviser and identifying opportunities to further support clients' needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the Property Group and wider firm to deliver seamless, high-quality client service.
- Play an active role in business development, networking and profile-raising activities to support the continued growth of the practice.
- Share knowledge and support the development of junior lawyers and trainees, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
