The predicted salary is between 45000 - 55000 £ per year.

In this role, you will be involved in all aspects of property litigation, working with private clients as well as corporate clients, retailers, landowner developers, and property developers and investors. You will play an important part in growing and developing the Property Litigation team over time.

You will handle your own caseload whilst knowing when and how to seek support and guidance on more challenging matters. We will encourage you to actively engage with clients early on, supporting you to increase your confidence through high-quality supervision, and promoting further independence over time.

We are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, with expertise across a range of contentious property matters. You will be experienced in disputes concerning development land (including telecoms) and property contracts, as well as landlord and tenant matters such as dilapidations, break notices, forfeiture, and breach of lease covenants.
