The role offers the chance to take ownership of commercial property transactions and play a visible part in client work. It provides a solid platform for a mid-level lawyer to broaden experience, build a profile within the team and advance their career.
In this role you’ll:
- Advise on a broad range of commercial property and asset management matters including acquisitions, disposals and portfolio management.
- Handle landlord and tenant work such as lease negotiations, renewals, rent reviews and break options.
- Act for a wide variety of clients including investors, developers, corporate occupiers and asset managers.
- Support strategic asset management projects, delivering practical and commercial legal solutions.
- Collaborate with specialists in other practice groups to deliver joined-up advice.
- Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.
We’re looking for:
- 3-5 years PQE with solid technical experience in commercial property transactions and asset management.
