About the Project
Our client, A major Consumer Packaged Goods company is deploying a new state-of-the-art supply chain planning platform. This large-scale project involves several areas, including Integrated Planning, Order Promising, Load Building, and Short-Term Distribution (already in operation).
Your Role
Representing the client's IT team, you will be responsible for ensuring all partners perform effectively. You will lead the planning, monitoring, and oversight of the project, driving progress towards successful implementation.
Core Duties
- Oversight and Monitoring: Ensure each project area has a well-defined and regularly updated plan.
- Sprint Management: Supervise user story planning, design reviews, feedback processes, and testing.
- Testing Coordination: Organize and monitor System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), verifying that all requirements are met.
- Standards and Documentation: Guarantee all project work complies with system architecture, governance, and documentation guidelines.
- Change and Problem Management: Oversee Change Requests (including effort estimation, prioritization, and testing) and ensure timely resolution of production issues.
Your Qualifications
- Proven PMO experience in large technology implementations.
- Solid understanding of supply chain planning processes and systems.
- Ability to confidently manage and hold system integrators accountable.
- Familiar with JDA, Anaplan, Kinaxis, SAP or Oracle Planning skills.
