We're seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Senior UX Researcher to uncover deep user insights and drive evidence-based design decisions for our digital products and services. In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in understanding complex user behaviours, needs, and motivations within the financial services sector. You'll translate these insights into actionable recommendations that directly influence product strategy and design.

You'll lead the planning, execution, and analysis of a wide range of research activities, collaborating closely with product managers, designers (both interaction and service), and engineers. Your responsibilities will include designing research plans, conducting qualitative (e.g., in-depth interviews, usability testing, field studies) and quantitative (e.g., surveys, A/B testing analysis) research, and effectively communicating findings through compelling reports and presentations. You'll also be expected to mentor more junior researchers and champion user-centred practices across the organisation.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in UX research, with a significant portion of that time dedicated to working within the financial services industry. A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in a variety of research methodologies and a proven track record of translating insights into tangible product improvements is essential for this senior position.

This role is based in Leeds, and we're looking for candidates who currently reside in Leeds or the surrounding areas. You'll be happy to attend our Leeds office twice a week as part of our hybrid working model.

Please apply with your CV and portfolio to be considered for this exciting opportunity. Your portfolio should clearly showcase your research approach, methodologies, and the impact of your work.
