Job Description
As a Senior Product Designer within the Sports pillar, you'll design reliable, seamless, and engaging experiences across core Sports Betting journeys. You'll work closely with Product and Engineering teams, solving complex user problems and championing customer-centric thinking within your squad.
Key responsibilities
- Provide design leadership and mentorship within a cross-functional UX team
- Collaborate across squads to ensure delivery aligns with pillar UX strategy
- Create on-brand designs rooted in player insights, data, and usability best practices
- Drive user research and usability testing to optimize player engagement
- Leverage analytics, competitive analysis, and industry trends to inform decisions
- Ensure consistency through adherence to the design system and brand guidelines
- Remove blockers and support the team in meeting timelines and outcomes
- Promote design thinking and a creative problem-solving culture
