We are looking for a UX Designer with strong front-end experience who is passionate about creating intuitive, accessible, and scalable user experiences — and who enjoys bringing those experiences to life in code. In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end UX across our web and mobile products: from understanding user needs and shaping interaction patterns, to designing systems and implementing high-quality UI in a modern front-end stack. This is a hands-on role for a designer who thinks in systems, sweats the details, and is comfortable working close to production code.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead UX design for complex web and mobile applications, focusing on usability, accessibility, and clarity.
  • Translate user needs, workflows, and business requirements into thoughtful interaction designs and UI patterns.
  • Design, evolve, and maintain a shared design system in close collaboration with engineering.
  • Implement polished, production-ready UI using modern front-end technologies.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Advocate for UX best practices and help raise the bar for design quality across the organization.

Core Skills & Experience

  • Strong UX design background with a solid understanding of:
  • Accessibility (WCAG)
  • Interaction design and information architecture
  • Component-driven and system-based design
  • Proven experience designing and maintaining design systems, ideally using MUI (Material UI).
  • Ability to design elegant solutions for complex workflows and edge cases.
  • High attention to detail and strong visual and interaction design instincts.
  • Front-End & Technical Skills (Required)

    • Extensive hands-on experience with React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript.
    • Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern responsive design.
    • Experience implementing UX designs directly in code with a high level of fidelity.
    • Experience integrating front-end applications with APIs.
    • Solid understanding of front-end best practices, performance considerations, and version control.

    Soft Skills

    • Creative, thoughtful problem-solver who balances user needs with technical constraints.
    • Strong collaborator who works effectively across design, product, and engineering.
    • Excellent communicator with both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable owning features and systems end to end.
    • Ability to mentor others and contribute to design and technical direction.

    Nice to Have

    • Experience designing and building internal tools, dashboards, or enterprise applications.
    • Familiarity with testing frameworks, agile workflows, and performance optimization.
    • Experience scaling or evolving a shared design system across multiple teams or products.
