Foolproof is hiring for a Communications Designer (Senior Graphic Designer/Communications Designer) with experience of working on campaign launch and/or change management materials.
In this role, you will need to be skilled at working on print and digital assets, and comfortable creating assets like 'How to Guides' (you will produce the first draft of all content assets - AI tools can be used - which will then be reviewed by an internal content designer to the business). To excel in this role, you should be a highly organised individual, capable of working independently and managing your own workflow.
Start date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 5 months
Remote with occasional visit to customer location
What the role is:
A dedicated content/communication designer to produce the Client's Summit migration materials (client comms, how-to guides, FAQs, printed collateral, colleague-facing material). The gap is execution and craft against existing Client brand standards, not defining new standards.
Essential skills:
- Strong digital content and communication design
- Print production and specification, working directly with print suppliers
- Strong layout and typographic craft; judgement on the right format per channel
- Clear, task-led instructional content (screenshots, annotation, step-by-step layouts)
- Designing within an established brand/design system and to accessibility standards
- Experience in a regulated environment with brand, legal and compliance review cycles
- Confident working with non-design stakeholders (change, marketing, operations)
Desirable:
- Light video/animation capability (screen capture, simple explainers), useful cover, not a committed output
- CMS authoring, ideally Adobe Experience Manager
- Migration/onboarding/change comms experience in financial services
Please ensure you have a portfolio link in your CV in order to be considered for the role.
