We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Product Owner to join a fast-paced digital delivery environment operating within embedded cross-functional squads. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping customer experiences, translating business requirements into actionable technical deliverables, and driving value through data-informed decision making.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience working within a SAFe Agile framework and collaborating closely with engineering, design, delivery, and business stakeholders. Experience within broadband, media, mobile, telecommunications, or e-commerce environments is highly desirable.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working as part of embedded Agile squads to support end-to-end product delivery
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business objectives and customer needs
- Defining, analysing, and optimising complex customer and user journeys
- Using data and insights to support decision making and prioritisation
- Translating business requirements into clear, structured technical backlogs and user stories
- Supporting prioritisation and backlog refinement activities within Agile ceremonies
- Ensuring alignment between business goals, customer outcomes, and technical delivery
- Working closely with development teams to clarify requirements and support successful implementation
- Contributing to continuous improvement within Agile delivery processes
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills, alongside the ability to operate effectively within complex digital ecosystems.
