The Operations Project Manager will provide robust operational project support to the team, responding to new project requirements, monitoring long-term goals, and ensuring clear communication of timelines to senior leadership. The role involves developing a deep understanding of the division to proactively plan and propose projects that enhance efficiencies in processes, tools, roadmaps, and workflows. As the primary contact for the Head of Media Operations, the Project Manager will lead end-to-end project and workstream management, playing a vital role in driving initiatives aligned with divisional goals.

Tasks:

  • Running kick off meetings and helping the tech leads agree deliverables and project plans with our customers.
  • Working with the team to set the agenda for customer discovery and design workshops and facilitating those.
  • Create and maintain reasonable project plans to manage key stakeholder expectations.
  • Track and report required project deliverables using appropriate tools.
  • Create and maintain documentation for both internal and external audiences.
  • Provide direction and support to stakeholders.
  • Act as liaison between external and internal stakeholders for project success.
  • Ongoing monitoring of projects including the facilitation of collaboration and tracking success.
  • Running project rituals (stand ups, retrospectives etc).
  • You will be the liaison between the client and operations; working closely with the Head of Media Operations to ensure relevant tasks are scheduled to meet required SLA’s and deadlines.
  • Triage new title requests to ensure they are set up correctly and communicating with content owners to establish access and delivery of required source assets.
  • Triage new delivery requests to ensure the required assets are available; and if not creating the relevant requests to facilitate a complete delivery package.
  • Create orders with our partners for things such as timed text creation or final leg deliveries, and then monitoring the orders until completion.
  • Ensure that tasks status’ are up to date and eta and due dates are adhered to and if dates are not achievable escalate to the relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of media supply chain processes.
  • Strong multi-tasker, with experience with organising and managing multiple priorities, while retaining comprehensive knowledge of multiple workflows or varying complexity.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and act as a critical thinker.
  • Experience of effective communication and coordinating with all levels of management, internal and external customers.
  • Experience of coordinating multiple teams to resolve incidents or achieve goals.
  • Experience of breaking down problems into manageable chunks.
  • Experience with end to end media supply chain solutions.
  • Ability to work within a team and independently.
  • Basic understanding of cloud technologies.
