About the role: Lead your team. Coach and develop. Grow our culture. As a Team Leader in our Temperature-Controlled Warehouse, you'll lead a team of around 30 store persons and two supervisors. The role has a strong focus on leadership, planning, coordination and communication, while maintaining a regular and visible presence with your team.
You'll provide direction, coach performance and stay connected to day-to-day operations to help keep the team running effectively. You'll communicate openly, follow through on your commitments and earn trust through your actions. With new systems and initiatives on the horizon, it's an exciting time to join the team. You'll have lots of opportunity to help shape how we work better together. You'll work a Sunday to Wednesday roster, starting at 4.00am and finishing at 2.30pm.
Key responsibilities:
- Back people to succeed through regular feedback, coaching and day-to-day assistance.
- Provide clear direction and support to help the team perform at their best.
- Oversee workforce planning, resource allocation and staffing requirements in line with operational needs.
- Work with Managers, Team Leaders and Supervisors to strengthen the success of the wider Distribution Centre.
About you:

Ideally, you'll also have:
- Experience leading teams within a distribution centre, warehousing or operational environment.
- A track record of building engaged, high-performing teams.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.
- Confidence managing workplace matters and navigating challenging conversations when required.
