Grocery Assistants - New World Kaiapoi

An opportunity has arisen for a full-time Checkout Supervisor to join our crew here at New World Kaiapoi.

The successful applicant will show a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service, enjoy working within a friendly dedicated environment, and add value to the overall store experience.

The person we are seeking will have the following skills and attributes:

• Be great at building relationships with customers and the crew – team player a must!
• Perform well under pressure, quick on your feet.
• Strong organizational skills & initiative.
• Proven reliability in the workplace.
• Understand the flexibility required to work in a busy team.
• Great attention to detail, time management & strong work ethic.
• Be confident in running unsupervised shifts.
• Current LCQ.

This role is full-time Sunday to Thursday – hours to be discussed at interview.
