We are a busy supermarket with a fantastic new bakery on the lookout for a skilled, reliable Baker to join our busy Department. This full-time role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their craft and consistently produces high-quality bakery products.
What the role involves:
- Producing a wide range of bakery items to a high and consistent standard
- Mixing, shaping, baking, and finishing products
- Following food safety, hygiene, and production guidelines
- Ensuring quality and presentation expectations are met
- Contributing to an organised, efficient, and safe bakery operation
What we’re looking for:
- NZQA Bakery qualification is required
- Previous supermarket bakery experience is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- A positive, reliable, and hands‑on attitude
- Physically fit and comfortable with early starts
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Availability for one weekend shift
