We're seeking someone who is data and process driven , uses information to make decisions, and can consistently improve resultsthrough strong operational discipline.

This would be a great opportunity for someone looking to stepup to a manager role.

You will be responsible for

  • Taking ownership of department performance
  • Growing sales and profitability
  • Maintaining high standards of quality, food safety, and presentation
  • Leading, coaching, and developing the butchery team
  • Who We're Looking For

You’ll bring

  • Experience with SAP and Fresh Buy.
  • Experience managing people and performance
  • An ability to work with numbers, budgets, and KPIs
  • A proactive, solutions-focused attitude
  • Highstandards and attention to detail

Previous butchery or supermarket experience is preferred, but leadership and a results-driven attitude are what matter most.
