At Four Square Eltham we are looking for a Bakery / Deli Assistant to join our amazing team.

This unique role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering great customer experiences and is looking to develop their retail knowledge and technical skills, in a warm and friendly team environment.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Producing fresh high quality product for our customers
  • Making sure the shop is full and presented in a way that creates a positive customer experience
  • Working with the department manager and the rest of the time to excite customers through revised product ranges and promotional executions in line with Four Square Brand standards.
  • Meeting food safety requirements, while ensuring a Safe and positive workspace
  • The ideal candidate will have the following experience, qualities & skills:
  • Calm under pressure.
  • Working autonomously and Multitasking without supervision.
  • Not afraid of physical and fast paced work.
  • A willingness to learn.
