You will be responsible for
- Taking ownership of department performance
- Growing sales and profitability
- Maintaining high standards of quality, food safety, and presentation
- Leading, coaching, and developing the butchery team
- Who We're Looking For
You’ll bring
- Experience with SAP and Fresh Buy.
- Experience managing people and performance
- An ability to work with numbers, budgets, and KPIs
- A proactive, solutions-focused attitude
- Highstandards and attention to detail
Previous butchery or supermarket experience is preferred, but leadership and a results-driven attitude are what matter most.
