What is the role
This is a part-time, in-office role (3 days per week) supporting both of our Co-CEOs across a mix of business and personal tasks.
You’ll be their go-to person for keeping things organised, streamlining schedules, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys solving problems and takes real satisfaction in making others’ lives run more smoothly.
You’ll need to be proactive, trustworthy, and able to balance professionalism with warmth – we’re a small, passionate team and cultural fit is just as important as experience.
Brief overview of tasks
- Office maintenance admin
- Diary scheduling – meetings, talks, networking, travel booking
- PDP assistance
- Light inbox support and task prioritisation for Co-CEO’s
- Support in coordinating with external suppliers, agencies and contractors
Key roles and responsibilities
- Keeping both Co-CEOs (Amy & Jeff) organised and on track
- Managing calendars – booking in meetings, calls, and optimising their time
- Helping with email – prioritising, drafting replies, and flagging urgent items
- Creating documents, presentations, and reports as needed
- Organising internal and external meetings (in-person or virtual)
- Handling travel and accommodation – for both business and occasional personal trips
- Pitching in with light office management – restocking supplies, coordinating minor maintenance and ensuring our office is a tidy, welcoming space (including dog care!)
- Acting as a helpful point of contact between the Co-CEOs and wider team or stakeholders
- Handing sensitive information with discretion and professionalism, always
- Supporting planning of team events, off-sites, or social activities
- Following up on delegated tasks or projects to ensure progress
- Assisting with personal admin – booking appointments, ordering gifts, running light errands
Supporting ad hoc research or tasks that may arise during busy periods
What we’re looking for
Essential
- Proven experience as a PA or EA – ideally supporting founders, executives or senior leaders
- Excellent organisational skills and a sharp attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication – professional, friendly and clear
- Tech-savvy – confident using tools like Google Workspace and Asana
- Comfortable working with a Mac
- Proactive and self-motivated – you take initiative and follow through
- Able to juggle multiple priorities while staying calm under pressure
- Trustworthy and discreet – comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information
- Reliable and dependable – we need someone we can count on
- Willing to roll up your sleeves and help out wherever needed
- Based within a commutable distance to our office in Chafford Hundred, Essex
