A LITTLE INFORMATION ABOUT US!

Foods Connected is an award-winning cloud-based software platform that helps retailers and food companies across the world manage their supply chain, quality control and trading and planning management.

Our software solutions are currently utilised by 10 of the largest food retailers in the world.

As a team, we provide tools that help our customers manage their processes in a fast and efficient way and provide real-time visibility and reporting on what is happening in their business.

At Foods Connected, we recognise that our employees are our most important asset and we value creating a great working environment to ensure our team enjoy coming into the office every day working together and solving problems for our customers.

Whether we are in the middle of a fast and intense development sprint, on a Teams call discussing our project statuses or enjoying a game of ping-pong or pool in the office, it is important to us that our employees are happy and delivering the best possible result for our customers.

We're always keen to welcome talented individuals to join our expanding team.

So if you're driven, with a passion for delivering operational excellence, supporting high-performing delivery teams, and making a real difference to how projects get done, then we're looking for you!

IS THIS SOMETHING THAT INTERESTS YOU?

This is a newly created role at Foods Connected.

Professional Services has grown to the point where a dedicated PMO function is the natural next step, and this is the role that will build it.

You'll bring structure to how PS runs projects

managing resource across the team, supporting project planning, and governing risk and issues across the portfolio, so delivery teams can focus on customers.

As Professional Services grows, we expect this role and the function around it to grow with it.

You'll have real scope to shape how PMO works at Foods Connected, not just follow an existing process.

If you're someone who thrives on creating order from complexity, cares about the detail, and wants to see your work have a direct impact on how a fast-growing Saa S delivery team operates, this is the right opportunity.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Resource & Planning Support
  • Maintain the PS resourcing plan, track capacity and allocation across live projects, and flag over or under allocation before it becomes a bottleneck.
  • Set up projects in Kantata and provide ongoing support to the Project Manager, keeping schedules and resourcing data current, chasing status updates, tracking milestones and dependencies, and flagging slippage or risk.
  • Work with sales and delivery leadership to translate pipeline into future resourcing needs.
  • RAID Governance
  • Own the RAAIDD log process across the portfolio — risks, assumptions, actions, issues, dependencies and decisions, chasing open actions and escalating stalled risks.
  • Support client meetings, stage gates, and change control, keeping documentation and decisions on record.
  • Financial Tracking
  • Monitor project budgets against actuals and support forecasting and margin reporting.
  • Support implementation managers on individual project status reporting.
  • Reporting & Dashboards
  • Build overarching portfolio-level reports and dashboards for senior management, covering utilisation, delivery health, and financial performance across Professional Services.
  • Ensure learnings from each project are captured and feed into future decisions rather than remaining siloed.
  • Tooling & Templates
  • Own Kantata administration and standard templates, keeping project data consistent across the team.
  • Identify opportunities to improve process and tooling as the PMO function takes shape.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • To perform this job successfully, the PMO Analyst should have experience with:
  • Minimum Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience in a PMO, project coordination, or delivery support role, ideally within Saa S or professional services.
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills; comfortable building clear dashboards from raw project data.
  • Working knowledge of structured governance frameworks (RAID, RAG status, change control).
  • Clear written and verbal communication, able to chase actions and hold people to deadlines without friction.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented, with the judgement to know what to escalate and what to resolve directly.
  • Comfortable building and improving process, you'll be shaping this function as it takes form, with support from delivery leadership.
  • Hands-on experience with Kantata or a comparable Saa S project management tool is a bonus.
  • Food industry experience is a plus but not required.
  • COMPETENCIES
  • Culture: Displays integrity, ownership and ethics through accountability, reliability, and respect, setting high standards of performance for self and others.
  • Open Communication: Listens empathetically, connects with candour, delivers effective information through all forms of communication.
  • Collaboration: Identifies, targets, and strategically builds relationships including diverse perspectives to achieve goals.
  • Results Driven: Maintains a high level of delivery and quality results while working with discipline and resilience.
  • Service Orientation: Acts in the best interest of others, identifying needs and exceeding expectations.
  • Entrepreneurial: A technical and business curiosity and growth mindset that will lead to the creation of innovative solutions for continued organisational viability.
  • Mindset: Ability to obtain, analyse and synthesize information and develop go-forward strategies that align with the organisation’s mission, priorities and goals.

BENEFITS

  • Competitive Base Salary
  • Generous Holiday Package — 25 Days + 10 Public Holidays
  • Private Medical, Dental & Vision
  • Employee Wellness Programme and Classes
