This role will operate within a shared services model and work in close alignment with the Director of Delivery to ensure consistency in methodologies, governance, and customer experience globally. You will collaborate across a multidisciplinary team of Project Managers and Implementation Specialists, driving best-in-class practices for project governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. As a central project manager, you play a pivotal role in orchestrating and overseeing projects that involve multiple customers. You should be capable of developing resourcing plans for projects from conception through delivery, overseeing the planning process, including development of project plans and ongoing maintenance to ensure careful tracking of key milestones and deliverables.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure production, coordination and execution of core project reports including status reports, change requests and project dashboards.
  • Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies and escalate where required to ensure timely implementation of mitigating plans.
  • Maintain effective communication internally and externally through the utilisation of reporting and drive innovation via evolution of reporting implementation.
  • Commercially oversee project budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and track expenses to anticipate any adjustments needed.
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate across all Foods Connected departments such as Professional Services, Engineering, Finance, and Product.
  • Analyze the existing Project infrastructure at Foods Connected and develop solutions to gaps in the PMO framework.
  • Build strong relationships with clients based on transparency of communication.
  • Establish a regular cadence of project updates for both internal and external consumption.
  • Delegate tasks when required via understanding Foods Connected team members' roles and responsibilities.
  • Continue to foster a culture of collaboration and synergy both internally and externally.
Experience And Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Project Management qualifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification.
Technical Skills
  • Strong project and product/technical background with a track record of hands-on experience delivering a wide variety of projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working with reporting and tracking tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence).
  • Experience with Agile methodologies holding Scrum master Certification or ACP.
  • Experience working with Project Management platforms (e.g. Monday, Teamwork).
  • Good knowledge of the MS Office Suite, in particular strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
