We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to be part of our market‐entry team in the UK. As our first UK‐based Customer Success Manager, your focus will be to ensure customer success with FoodOp while helping us build a market‐leading position in the UK. Running a profitable and enjoyable foodservice business without sacrificing chef creativity is incredibly hard. FoodOp is on a mission to change that globally. More than 700 chefs across 550+ kitchens use FoodOp daily to manage recipes, menus, procurement, and reporting. This is a rare chance to take a proven model, build on our strong early traction in the UK, and lay the foundation for our long‐term growth.
About The Role
- Lead customer onboarding and implementation, making sure new customers launch smoothly and are fully trained and confident in using FoodOp's platform.
- Manage ongoing customer relationships with a focus on adoption, engagement, and long‐term retention.
- Be the voice of the customer, providing structured feedback to Sales, Product, and Development to improve the platform and customer experience.
- Support upselling opportunities by identifying where additional modules or services would benefit the customer.
What We're Looking For
- Have 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client‐facing role.
- Get energy from developing strong relationships and helping users at all levels, from kitchen teams to senior management, succeed with FoodOp.
- Have a proactive, structured approach to customer engagement and issue resolution.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience within foodservice, hospitality, contract catering, or facility management is a plus.
Ways of Working
You will be part of a small, high‐impact commercial team working across the UK. Decisions are made through dialogue and alignment, and we value ownership, follow‐through, and continuous learning. You'll work closely with Jonathan Blauenfeldt Nielsen, Head of UK&I, who leads the expansion. You'll also collaborate daily with Sales, Product, and our Customer Success team in Copenhagen. This is a role for someone who enjoys autonomy, problem‐solving, and building strong relationships in a fast‐growing environment.
How To Apply
We review applications on an ongoing basis, so please send your CV and a short note outlining why this role and FoodOp is a good fit for you. We care more about your ability to solve problems and build strong customer relationships than about the number of years you've worked in Customer Success. We look forward to hearing from you!
