We are looking for a Customer Success Associate to be part of our growing team in the UK. As an early member of our UK-based Customer Success team, your focus will be on getting new customers up and running with FoodOp, making sure every site we onboard has a smooth, confident start on the platform.

Running a profitable and enjoyable foodservice business without sacrificing chef creativity is incredibly hard. FoodOp is on a mission to change that globally. More than 900 chefs across 700+ kitchens use FoodOp daily to manage recipes, menus, procurement, and reporting. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing company at an early stage, build real hands-on experience in customer success and implementation, and play a visible role in our UK expansion.

About the Role

As a Customer Success Associate, you will:

  • Lead on-site onboarding visits, travelling to customer locations across the UK to set up the platform, install hardware, and train kitchen teams and managers on how to use FoodOp.
  • Provide day-to-day customer support, handling incoming queries, troubleshooting issues, and making sure customers get fast and helpful responses.
  • Support the configuration and setup of new customer accounts, ensuring everything is ready before go-live.
  • Work closely with the Customer Success Manager to hand over newly onboarded customers and flag anything that needs ongoing attention.
  • Be the voice of the customer on the ground, feeding back what you see and hear to help us improve the product and onboarding experience.

What We're Looking For

We imagine that you:

  • Are at the start of your career and looking for a hands-on role where you can learn fast and make a real impact from day one.
  • Get energy from being out and about, meeting people, and helping teams get to grips with new technology.
  • Are organised, reliable, and take pride in following through on what you commit to.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and in person.
  • It’s considered a plus if you have an interest in or some exposure to foodservice, hospitality, or contract catering.
  • Hold a full UK driving licence or are willing to travel regularly by public transport to customer sites across the UK.

The role is on-site in Shoreditch, London, with regular travel to customer sites across the UK.

Ways of Working

You will be part of a small, high-impact team working across the UK. Decisions are made through dialogue and alignment, and we value ownership, follow-through, and continuous learning. You will work closely with Jonathan Blauenfeldt Nielsen, Head of UK&I, and our Customer Success Managers, and collaborate regularly with our Customer Success and Product teams in Copenhagen. This is a role for someone who enjoys variety, being close to the customer, and wants to grow within a fast-moving, international company.

How to Apply

We review applications on an ongoing basis, so please send your CV and a short note outlining why this role and FoodOp is a good fit for you. We care more about your attitude, energy and willingness to learn than your years of experience. If you are someone who takes initiative and genuinely enjoys helping people, we would love to hear from you.

We look forward to hearing from you!
