Are you a Hunter or a Farmer? If you prefer sitting in a warm office sending emails, do not apply. We are looking for 5 aggressively ambitious Sales Executives to launch a market-first Augmented Reality (AR) menu technology into the UK’s best independent hospitality venues.
The Mission: We help independent restaurants, shisha lounges, coffee shops and dessert parlours fight back against the big chains and delivery apps. We give them data ownership, websites, and world-class 3D AR visuals that make their food impossible to resist. Your job is simple: See it. Pitch it. Close it. You will be walking into businesses, using your phone to demo the tech to the owner, and leaving with a signed contract.
The Territory: We are hiring immediately for:
- London: x2 (North/East & South/West)
- Manchester: x1
- Birmingham: x1
- Nottingham: x1
Who You Are:
- A Closer: You don’t take "let me think about it" for an answer. You know how to create urgency.
- Thick Skinned: Rejection fuels you. You can walk into 20 venues a day, get told "no" 10 times, and still close 5 deals.
- Tech Ready: You must own your own Laptop (MacBook/Windows) for admin and reporting.
- Mobile: You must hold a Full UK Driving License. Ideally, you have your own vehicle. (However, for exceptional talent with a license, we can accommodate).
The Targets:
- Month 1 (Ramp up): 5 Deals minimum.
- Month 2 onwards: 15 Deals minimum per month.
- The ceiling? There isn't one. The more you sign, the more you earn.
The Package:
- Uncapped Commission: £120 per deal. Paid per signup.
- Travel Paid: We cover your travel expenses.
- Career Progression: This is a 6-month intensive contract. Hit your targets, and you will be offered a full-time permanent contract.
- Training: 3-day intense product and pitch psychology training provided.
