As a fast‑growing, VC‑backed business, we're scaling a new standard in menstrual wellbeing — empowering anyone with cycle symptoms to understand, support and optimise their health every day, not just during their period. Developed by female scientists and powered by biotechnology, the Cycle Supplement is backed by over 100 clinical trials and validated in its own clinical trial. Beyond the capsule, DITTO is building a movement — combining credible science, thoughtful design, and inclusive storytelling to change how menstrual health is perceived and supported. As we grow, performance creative will be central to how we convert attention into action.

About the role

You will sit at the intersection of data and creativity — turning science into content that stops the scroll and drives sales. This is a hands‑on, high‑ownership role. You will define what makes a potential customer stop, engage, and convert — and then build the systems to do it at scale. You are not just briefing others. You are embedded in the work from the first concept through to post‑production feedback and the next iteration. Performance creative strategy

  • Own creative strategy across Meta, TikTok and YouTube with clear KPIs across ROAS, conversion and scalable growth.
  • Develop creative frameworks that harness DITTO's scientific credibility to build trust and drive purchase decisions.
  • Analyse performance data to surface winning signals, identify trends and shape the next generation of assets.
  • Build and own a structured testing roadmap — challenging creative hypotheses, running experiments and scaling what works.
  • Track and report on hook rate, watch time, CTR, CVR, and ROAS — using data to drive every creative decision.
  • Lead end‑to‑end creative development: concepting, scripting, storyboarding, briefing, and post‑production feedback.
  • Develop high‑performing short‑form content with a relentless focus on hooks, retention and shareability.
  • Identify repeatable formats and frameworks that can be systematically tested and scaled.
  • Ensure all output balances performance intent with DITTO's brand identity — science‑led, design‑forward and inclusive.

What we're looking for

  • Extensive experience in performance marketing or creative strategy, ideally within D2C or the wellness space.
  • Thinks in data and dreams in concepts — equally comfortable interpreting performance metrics as developing bold creative ideas.
  • Deep understanding of Meta & TikTok — the nuances, the algorithms and what actually makes content perform.
  • Can translate complex science into consumer messaging that earns trust and drives action.
  • Proactive, highly organised and thrives in a fast‑moving environment where you own your output.
  • Cares about purpose‑led brands, women's health and reshaping the conversation around menstrual wellbeing.
  • Have experience in a high‑growth startup environment.
