JOIN FROM DAY ONE. BUILD SOMETHING THAT MATTERS. We're building a consumer health company around one of the most powerful and most neglected drivers of human performance: sleep. Sleep touches everything: energy, focus, metabolism, recovery, mental health. It's the single highest-leverage thing we can do for our wellbeing, and yet the market treats it like an afterthought: fragmented products, weak science, short-term fixes, and prices that only work for the worried well. We're building something different.
We're building a direct-to-consumer sleep health platform for long-term results, grounded in clinical research, behavioural science, and technology. The founding CEO (ex-SellerX, startup operator, growth leader) is looking for a true co-founder to build this from zero. Not a hire. A partner.
HOW WE WORK
Frameworks don't build companies. Execution does. We move fast, test relentlessly, and learn faster than anyone else. We use AI to punch above our weight. We do more with less, and we mean it. You won't be handed a playbook. You'll write it.
THE ROLE: CO-FOUNDER, PERFORMANCE & GROWTH
This is a founder seat, full stop. But let's be clear about what that actually means. You're not a marketing director with a fancy title. You're not a specialist optimising one channel. You're a builder: someone who can zoom out to set the strategy and zoom in to write the ad copy, read the data, fix the funnel, and brief the next creative test, all before lunch. Growth is your obsession, but you think like an entrepreneur first. You understand that brand, product, operations, and culture are all part of the same machine, and you're energised by that complexity, not intimidated by it.
Your fingerprints will be on everything: how we acquire customers, how we convert them, how we keep them, and how we turn all of it into a brand people trust and talk about. You'll define the strategy, run the experiments, build the team, and scale this into a household name in consumer health.
In practice, that means:
- Owning all growth levers across paid, organic, partnerships, and everything in between
- Shaping go-to-market strategy, positioning, and channel mix from scratch
- Building and scaling paid social, influencer, and CRM programs with clear ROI discipline
- Leading creative testing and conversion optimisation across offers, copy, and pricing
- Managing budgets and performance data with the rigour of an operator and the instincts of a founder
- Developing acquisition and retention strategies that drive profitable, sustainable growth
- Rolling up your sleeves on product, brand, and customer experience when it matters, because it always matters
- Building a lean, high-performance team when the time is right
WHO YOU ARE
You've been in the D2C trenches. You know performance marketing, creative testing, CRO, and lifecycle not from decks, but from doing. You think creatively and measure everything. You move fast and make calls. But more than a marketer or a growth specialist, you're a generalist entrepreneur who happens to be obsessed with performance and growth. You get restless in big companies. You're drawn to zero-to-one problems. You want to own outcomes, not contribute to them. And you've probably already been thinking about building something yourself.
Beyond the craft, you're someone who:
- Genuinely cares about health and believes sleep is an underrated frontier
- Has built or scaled something in a high-growth D2C environment and has the results to show for it
- Can brief, write, and test ad concepts that actually convert
- Thrives in ambiguity and builds structure where there is none
- Moves fluidly between strategy and execution and never thinks either is beneath you
- Has a founder's mindset: ownership, urgency, and zero tolerance for bloat
- Gets excited by AI as a force multiplier, not a threat
- Is native or fluent in English
- Is based in London and ready to go all-in
