THE OPPORTUNITY
Reformed makes collagen and creatine-infused coffee and matcha — premium, functional, subscription-first. We are a small team moving fast, mid-Series A, growing at nearly 10× year-on-year. We are looking for someone early in their career who wants to learn how a real business is built — from the inside, at pace, with real responsibility from week one. This is not a graduate scheme. There is no structured programme and no hand-holding. What there is: direct access to the founder, exposure to every corner of the business, and the chance to travel the world meeting the suppliers and partners that make Reformed possible.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Travel with the founder to meet ingredient and packaging suppliers — tradeshows across Europe and Asia, factory visits, quality checks, relationship building
- Manage ongoing supplier relationships: tracking deliverables, chasing documentation, flagging issues across time zones
- Support logistics and fulfilment partnerships — monitor SLAs, audit billing, prepare groundwork for international expansion
- Build decks, one-pagers, and research documents across all areas — investor materials, supplier evaluations, new market entry briefs
- Own standalone projects end-to-end across product, operations, marketing, and finance — often in the same week
- Be the person who picks up what needs to be done and does it
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
- How a premium CPG supply chain is built from scratch
- Global ingredient sourcing and supplier negotiation
- DTC subscription economics, retention, and cohort analysis
- Series A fundraising — from pitch to due diligence, from the inside
- International market entry, logistics, and regulatory scoping
- How to build a brand that people genuinely love
WHO YOU ARE
- 1–2 years of work experience in any field — drive, curiosity, and quality of thinking matter far more than the sector
- Genuinely interested in entrepreneurship — you've read about it, thought about starting something, or already have
- You move fast, figure things out, and don't wait to be told twice — initiative is a reflex, not an effort
- Clear and structured communicator in writing, in a deck, and in a room with a supplier you've never met before
- Passport-ready and excited about frequent travel — you see it as part of the job
- Organised enough to juggle multiple workstreams without dropping things, even when priorities shift
- Humble enough to do unglamorous work; ambitious enough to want to grow beyond it
NICE TO HAVE
- Genuine interest in wellness, nutrition, or the food and beverage world
- Any exposure to supply chain, logistics, or international trade — even academic
- English and another European or Asian language
- Experience building decks or research documents to a professional standard
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive salary for an early-career role, with equity so you share in what you help build
- Mentorship directly from the founder — you will learn more here in one year than most people do in five
- Real ownership: real projects, real relationships, real decisions — not admin for someone else's work
- Full travel budget for supplier trips and tradeshows
- A reference and a reputation: people who do this role well go on to do exceptional things
