ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re seeking an exceptionally creative and experienced Social Media Manager to take full ownership of our organic social channels and represent the essence of Reformed: quality, elegance, and a premium lifestyle. This is not a behind-the-scenes role. We’re looking for someone who thrives in front of the camera, has a deep passion for filming and content creation, and is energized by storytelling in today’s fast-moving social landscape.
What You’ll Do
- Own and manage the social content calendar end-to-end — planning, scripting, filming, posting, and iterating based on insights.
- Be the face and voice of Reformed across platforms, consistently embodying and expressing our brand values.
- Create high-impact short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other emerging platforms.
- Stay ahead of the curve by identifying social trends, cultural moments, and creative formats that resonate with our audience.
- Work cross-functionally with brand, design, and product teams to align messaging and campaigns across channels.
- Monitor analytics and engagement metrics to refine strategy and drive continual growth.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Experience in content creation or social media management, with a proven track record of organic channel growth.
- Extremely comfortable on camera, with a natural presence, charisma, and ability to communicate clearly and authentically.
- A strong creative portfolio showcasing high-quality video content, ideally within the wellness, lifestyle, or performance space.
- Advanced proficiency in video production and editing (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar).
- Deep understanding of platform-specific best practices, algorithms, and storytelling formats.
- A keen eye for visual and verbal brand consistency, with a sensitivity to tone, pace, and aesthetic.
- A personal alignment with Reformed’s values and lifestyle — refined, forward-thinking, high-quality.
WHY JOIN
- Opportunity to shape and scale the digital voice of a brand positioned at the forefront of premium wellness and performance.
- Flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to work alongside a team of ambitious, purpose-driven individuals.
- We are the fastest growing wellness brand in the United Kingdom, and we're just getting started.
