Fooditude are looking for a Finance and Admin Assistant to join our growing team in Worthing and support our finance function! This role would be great for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on organisation and wants to be part of a friendly, collaborative team. At Fooditude, we are a contract catering company, focused on creating premium, freshly cooked meals made from scratch for offices and provide client experience that goes above and beyond.

Responsibilities

  • Invoice processing, ensuring we are maintaining accurate records
  • Processing daily paperwork using the Sage 50 software
  • Liaising with suppliers and teams to resolve invoice queries
  • Support supplier and credit card statement checks
  • Assist with remittances and payment tracking
  • Help process invoices and petty cash
  • Support with month-end processes and reporting
