Fooditude is looking for a brilliant, bold and commercially hungry Head of Sales to lead our sales strategy, fire up our sales performance and help shape the next chapter of Fooditude growth. This is a senior leadership role for someone who lives and breathes sales. You will own the sales plan, build a strong pipeline and turn brilliant opportunities into long-term, profitable growth across Fooditude and the wider Premium Foods/Sodexo network.

The Role: As Head of Sales, you will lead Fooditude's sales strategy from the front. You will set the direction, sharpen the sales process and bring pace, clarity and commercial flair to every stage of the sales cycle. You will also play a key role in the senior leadership team, helping shape business strategy, strengthen our brand positioning and spot growth opportunities across Fooditude, Premium Foods and the wider Sodexo group.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Own and deliver Fooditude's sales strategy, annual sales plan and revenue budget.
  • Lead, motivate and develop the sales team.
