Mon-Fri, 40 hours a week, 8am – 4.30pm, £33,000 p / a

Fooditude is looking for a Business Support Supervisor to join our dynamic team in a fun, friendly, and foodie environment! This role is pivotal in supporting the administrative needs of our office, operations, and kitchen functions, while collaborating closely with the Food Safety & Business Support Manager to deliver a seamless business support service across the business.

Our Business Support Supervisor will :

• Format & print menus and send onto units / unit managers as appropriate
• Maintain and review client-specific data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all sheets
• Provide general administrative support across office, kitchen, and operations-printing, posting, scanning, and ordering supplies.
• Scan invoices for Finance processing and manage incoming calls and enquiries professionally
• Review weekly menus prepared by the development team and ensure compliance with standards.

What we\’re looking for :

• Previous administration experience in a similar role
• Competent and confident using all Microsoft applications
• High accuracy with strict attention to detail
• Professional and polite telephone manner
• Excellent written and verbal communication
