Monday to Thursday, £16.40 per hour, London – Tottenham Court Rd area, 32 hours per week.

Shift pattern: 6:30am – 3pm.

Fooditude is looking for a Kitchen Supervisor who is knowledgeable and passionate about food. The supervisor will work with the onsite catering team to run breakfast and lunch service for a workplace restaurant. The role requires a vast reservoir of knowledge on basic food preparation, global cuisines, knife skills, and sharp attention to detail. A daily changing menu with exciting dishes will be used, and the supervisor will be involved in the food waste project.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a kitchen supervisory role, ideally within a high‑volume environment.
  • Understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen best practices.
  • Basic cooking and knife skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and people skills to lead the kitchen service and team.
  • Collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
