Job Description

Warehouse Operations:

  1. Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.
  2. Organize and manage inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels.
  3. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
  4. Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, if certified.

Quality Control:

  1. Inspect and test returned hardware, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  2. Document and report any faults or defects, providing detailed feedback to the technical team.
  3. Work closely with the returns team to streamline the inspection process.
  4. Maintain records of inspections and quality control processes.

Cross-functional Support:

  1. Be flexible and willing to assist in different areas of the business based on demand.
  2. Collaborate with other departments to support business operations as needed.

Requirements

  1. Previous experience in a warehouse environment, preferably in a role involving quality control.
  2. Technical experience, particularly with EPOS systems and Foodhub equipment.
  3. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  6. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
  7. Basic understanding of health and safety regulations in a warehouse setting.
