We're looking for someone who has successfully managed field-based teams across multiple locations, ideally within EPOS, payments, hospitality technology, Saa S, or similar industries.
Experience in managing teams, responsible for EPOS installations, on-site customer support, technical troubleshooting, equipment deployment, or supporting technology across multiple customer locations would be particularly relevant to Foodhub.

- Travel extensively to restaurant partner locations, providing hands-on operational support.
- Conduct regular field visits, operational reviews and performance audits.
- Ensure operational standards and service quality are consistently delivered.
- Build trusted relationships with restaurant owners, managers and key stakeholders.
- Drive adoption and increased utilisation of Foodhub's products and services across the existing customer base.
- Identify operational improvements and implement best practices across the field team.
- Provide regular operational insights, trends and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Team Leadership & Performance
- Lead and develop a high-performing field team.
- Set clear objectives, monitor KPIs and drive accountability.
- Coach team members through regular field visits and one-to-one development.
- Allocate resources effectively to maximise productivity and customer impact.
- Foster a positive, collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Lead by example through a visible, hands-on management style.
- Customer & Partner Management
- Act as the senior operational contact for key customer escalations.
- Build long-term relationships with restaurant partners.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product and Technical Support teams.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and partner satisfaction.
- Support commercial initiatives including customer retention, product adoption and upselling opportunities.
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Proven experience managing field-based teams across multiple locations, ideally within EPOS/POS, payments, hospitality technology, Saa S, or similar technology-led environments.
- Experience in managing teams responsible for EPOS/POS installations, technical support, customer implementations, hardware deployment, maintenance or on-site customer service is highly desirable.
- Strong people leadership, coaching and performance management experience.
- Comfortable spending the majority of the working week travelling across the UK to support customers and field teams.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, engineers, internal teams and senior stakeholders.
- Strong operational planning and problem-solving skills, particularly within a technology or field-service environment.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to customer and operational issues.
- Commercial mindset, with experience driving customer engagement, retention, account growth or upselling.
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to a car.
- What Success Looks Like
- High-performing, motivated field team.
- Excellent customer satisfaction and partner relationships.
