Regional Sales Delivery – Manage your own territory with full responsibility for hitting weekly and monthly sales quotas.
Lead Generation & Prospecting – Identify and target high-potential food businesses (independents, franchises, and chains) through cold outreach, referrals, and field canvassing.
Product Demos & Consultative Selling – Deliver compelling in-person and virtual demos that showcase how our tech meets each client’s specific needs.
Client Conversion & Onboarding – Use your persuasive communication skills and sector knowledge to close deals and ensure a seamless handoff to the onboarding team.
Client Growth & Retention – Advise on system usage, upselling opportunities, and marketing strategies to maximise client value.
CRM & Pipeline Management – Maintain accurate and timely records of prospects, activities, and performance via our CRM tools.
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with onboarding, support, and product teams to ensure a joined-up customer experience.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, ideally within SaaS, EPOS, or food tech/ordering platforms with the ability to plan your own day, self-source leads, and work independently.
Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding targets in a competitive, quota-driven environment.
Highly disciplined, structured, and self-motivated—you thrive in a fast-paced, field-based sales role.
Excellent presentation, communication, and persuasion skills—both in-person and online.
A natural hunter mindset with the confidence to open doors and close deals.
Work autonomously while being backed by the tools, support, and scale of a high growth international tech business.
Comfortable using a CRM to track pipeline progress, manage follow-ups, and report on activity.
Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle is essential.
