The Role
We are looking for a driven, results-focused Franchise Sales Executive to lead new business growth with small to mid-sized restaurant chains and franchise groups across the UK.
This is a hunter role — your focus will be identifying prospects, pitching Foodhub’s value, and closing deals. Once contracts are signed, accounts are transitioned to our onboarding and account management teams, so you can stay laser-focused on winning new business.

Key Responsibilities

- Proactively build and manage a pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and marketing-generated leads.
- Conduct discovery calls and deliver tailored pitches showcasing Foodhub’s unique solutions for multi-site operators.
- Negotiate terms and close new business deals.
- Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to ensure smooth handover of signed accounts.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales KPIs and revenue targets.
- Stay ahead of competitor offerings and hospitality tech trends to refine your approach.
Requirements
- Proven B2B sales experience (3+ years) with a strong track record of closing new business deals.
- Experience selling into multi-site operators, chains, or franchise groups is essential.
- Background in food tech, SaaS, or delivery platforms (Deliveroo, Just Eat, Uber Eats, or similar) strongly preferred.
- Strong commercial acumen with knowledge of integrated hardware/software solutions for the hospitality sector.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient — with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in pipeline management and CRM systems.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide.
- Must have EPOS sales experience

- Competitive salary + commission
- Car allowance
- 33 days annual leave (inclusive of Bank Holidays)
- Holiday exchange – buy up to 5 days each year
- Employee Assistance Programme & wellness scheme
- Discounted cancer screening, discount hub, cycle-to-work scheme
- Gym membership contribution (up to £30/month)
- Will writing service & mobile/tech salary sacrifice scheme
