Regional Sales Delivery – Manage your own territory with full responsibility for hitting weekly and monthly sales quotas.
Lead Generation & Prospecting – Identify and target high‑potential food businesses (independents, franchises, and chains) through cold outreach, referrals, and field canvassing.
Product Demos & Consultative Selling – Deliver compelling in‑person and virtual demos that showcase how our tech meets each client’s specific needs.
Client Conversion & Onboarding – Use your persuasive communication skills and sector knowledge to close deals and ensure a seamless hand‑off to the onboarding team.
Client Growth & Retention – Advise on system usage, upselling opportunities, and marketing strategies to maximise client value.
CRM & Pipeline Management – Maintain accurate and timely records of prospects, activities, and performance via our CRM tools.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, ideally within SaaS, EPOS, or food tech/ordering platforms, with the ability to plan your own day, self‑source leads, and work independently.
- Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding targets in a competitive, quota‑driven environment.
- Highly disciplined, structured, and self‑motivated – you thrive in a fast‑paced, field‑based sales role.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and persuasion skills – both in‑person and online.
- A natural hunger mindset with the confidence to open doors and close deals.
- Work autonomously while being backed by the tools, support, and scale of a high‑growth international tech business.
- Comfortable using a CRM to track pipeline progress, manage follow‑ups, and report on activity.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.
