With our global headquarters in Dublin and our business continuing to grow internationally, we're looking for leaders who enjoy building, taking ownership, and making a real impact About the Role We're looking for an experienced Field Operations Manager to lead and support our UK Field Operations team. This is a leadership role where you'll spend the majority of your time in the field, coaching teams, building strong relationships with restaurant partners, driving operational excellence, and supporting the growth of Foodhub's products and services. This is not a restaurant or hotel operations management role. We’re looking for someone who has successfully managed field-based teams across multiple locations , ideally within EPOS, payments, hospitality technology, SaaS, or similar industries . Experience in managing teams, responsible for EPOS installations, on-site customer support, technical troubleshooting, equipment deployment, or supporting technology across multiple customer locations would be particularly relevant to Foodhub. What You'll Be Doing Field Operations Leadership Lead, coach and support a team of field-based professionals across the UK. Travel extensively to restaurant partner locations, providing hands-on operational support. Conduct regular field visits, operational reviews and performance audits. Ensure operational standards and service quality are consistently delivered. Build trusted relationships with restaurant owners, managers and key stakeholders. Drive adoption and increased utilisation of Foodhub's products and services across the existing customer base. Identify operational improvements and implement best practices across the field team. Provide regular operational insights, trends and recommendations to senior leadership. Team Leadership
